You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Shipping Times

Standard delivery typically takes 7–14 business days.
In some cases, delivery may take up to 30 days depending on carrier delays, customs processing, or other factors outside our control.

Delays & Responsibility

We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, or incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer.
Once your order has been shipped and transferred to the carrier, the risk of loss passes to you.

Tracking Orders

A tracking number will be provided once your order is shipped. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Treasure Den Vault is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed as delivered to the address provided. If you experience this issue, please contact the shipping carrier directly.

Returns & Exchanges

ALL SALES ARE FINAL. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed. Please double-check your selections before completing your purchase.
